Week of Meals 9/24

 Only 5 meals again this week because we want to try this Italian sausage dish. We've been substituting zucchini noodles instead of pasta to try and be healthier. In the following weeks, we will be traveling on the road. I'm scared of how we will eat so I better enjoy this week!

4 Skinless Salmon Fillets

VEGGIES
¾ Pound Broccoli 
4 Ounces Green Beans   
2-Inch Piece Ginger  (2 meals)
6 Cloves Garlic (3 meals)
4 Sweet Peppers
1 Bunch Garlic Chives
3 Scallions
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Tomato
2 Yellow Onion (2 meals)
1 Red Onion
½ Pound Green Cabbage
6 Ounces Baby Bok Choy
1 Sweet Potato
1 14-Ounce Package Extra Firm Tofu    

FRUIT
1 Lime
1 Lemon

HERB/SPICES/SEASONINGS
1 Bunch Basil
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Mint
1 Bunch Thai Basil
1 Tablespoon Southern Cacciatore Spice Blend (Smoked Sweet Paprika, Dried Parsley, Dried Oregano, Ancho Chile Powder, Garlic Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar Powder & Cayenne Pepper)
Cumin
Sichuan Peppercorn (apparently this is difficult to locate.. will report back in if I find it!)

GRAINS/PASTA/NUTS
¾ Cup Grits (We are substituting Couscous)
½ Pound Wide Rice Noodles
10 Ounces Campanelle Pasta
2 Cup Jasmine Rice
5 Tablespoons Cashews
2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds

DAIRY
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 

6 Tablespoons Butter

MISC
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
 ¼ Cup Rice Flour (I'm going to use regular flour) 
2 Tablespoons Capers
 1¾ Cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon Molasses
2 Tablespoons Black Vinegar (Balsamic substitution but its not the same..)
2 Tablespoons Soy Glaze (It's just simmered down soy sauce, mirin and sugar)
2 Tablespoons Green Curry Paste
2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce (I'm going to use this recipe)
1 Tablespoon Red Curry Paste
